PAPA Annual Membership Meeting

Mark your calendar for the Annual Membership Meeting to be held this year in Austin, TX! We've selected a new location at the Austin Hilton.

We'll kick off on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 with the following sessions (subject to change): 

• State Association Meeting: 9 am - 11:30 am 
• Sustaining Member Updates: 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm
• Operator Spotlights and Leading Practices: 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm 
• Social Time: 5:30-6:30 pm
  
  

The official PAPA Annual Membership Meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm CT. The purpose of the meeting is to elect Directors and conduct other business that may come before the Membership.  The meeting is open to anyone who wishes to attend. We hope to cover many current issues relating to public awareness and pipeline safety. 

The Annual Membership Meeting Agenda will include:

• Election of Directors
• Strategic Update/Board of Director's Report
• Core Programs & Enhancements
• Special Session on Public Awareness Hot Topics -> PAPA's 2026 Effectiveness Evaluation and Best Practices  
• Round-table Discussion

The Director positions up for election in 2026 represent the member categories of:

• Storage and Other Facilities
• Gas Gathering Facilities
• Gas Distribution Facilities
