Pipeline and Informed Planning Alliance (PIPA)
PIPA is an initiative of pipeline safety stakeholders, supported by the Pipeline & Hazardous Material Administration (PHMSA), to identify and recommend practices related to risk-informed planning for development around and near transmission pipelines.
