ANNUAL PROGRAM MEETING – JANUARY 10, 2018

The Pipeline Association for Public Awareness will hold their Annual Program Meeting on Wednesday January 10, 2018.  The meeting will start at 9:00 am MT and close around 3:00 pm MT (lunch will be provided).

The agenda includes a morning session to discuss individual programs and an afternoon session for general planning. The morning session will be conducted via web meeting.  The link and meeting documents will be sent to members before the meeting, and are included below.  The general planning session in the afternoon will only be held by conference call.  All members are welcome to attend both sessions.

ANNUAL MEMBER MEETING – SEPTEMBER 27, 2017

The Pipeline Association for Public Awareness will hold their Annual Member Meeting on Wednesday September 27, 2017. The meeting will start at 9:00 am MT and close around 3:00 pm MT (lunch will be provided). The meeting will be held at the Doubletree Hotel, 3203 Quebec Street, Denver, CO 80207. The hotel is located approximately 20 minutes from Denver International Airport and transportation is available via the light rail. .

The purpose of the meeting is to elect Directors and conduct other business that may come before the Membership. The meeting is open to all pipeline companies, regulatory agencies, and the general public. We hope to cover many current issues relating to public awareness and pipeline safety.

The Director positions up for election this year represent the member categories of:
• Gas Transmission Facilities
• Hazardous Liquids Facilities
• Production Facilities

The agenda will include:
• Welcome and introductions
• Election of Directors
• Board of Directors report to the membership
• Status of current programs
• Development of new programs
• Roundtable discussion

The State Associations will be meeting on Tuesday, September 26, from 8:30 am until 2:30 pm. The purpose of the meeting is to bring the various states together to share experiences and identify additional areas for future collaboration. All state representatives and participating members are welcome to attend.

An additional session is scheduled for Tuesday, September 26, from 3:00 to 4:30 pm. We will discuss current public awareness topics and potential program developments in greater detail. Everyone is welcome to attend this informative session.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the rate of $129 per night (plus taxes and fees). This rate will be available until August 28, or until the room block is sold out, whichever comes first.
